  • What is Millbrook doing to reduce the risk of exposure on campus?

As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread globally, we are actively monitoring the situation both domestically and abroad, with the ultimate goal of minimizing the risk of exposure for anyone on campus. Under the leadership of Headmaster Drew Casertano, Millbrook's Coronavirus Task Force has taken the following steps:
    • Campus is closed to all non-essential employees and visitors - this includes the Trevor Zoo.
    • We are continuing to encourage proper hygiene, including frequent hand washing — an essential practice in limiting the spread of any virus.
    • We are encouraging all faculty families who reside on campus to continue following social distancing guidelines and all guidelines provided by local health officials, NY state, and the federal government.
    • We have asked members of our community to refrain from physical greetings such as handshakes and/or hugs, and we have distributed additional hand sanitizing stations throughout campus.
    • Students will take part in distance learning starting on April 2. Millbrook's Remote Learning Plan has been provided to all students and parents.
